Vetroin customizes glass by acting on its opacity and transparency thanks to a conductive liquid crystal polymer film, inserted inside the glass during the lamination process. Electrically activating the inner film layered between two extra-clear float glasses, the transmission of visible light changes, creating the “transparency on/transparency off” effect. The vision through this kind of glass depends on the position of the viewer, in a perpendicular position you get the maximum transparency, in a parallel position you can get a “fog effect”.
